What is in a pack?
Each pack holds 28 tea bags. Daily Tea is a blend of twelve herbs and teas; Sleep Tea is a blend of nine herbs with a rooibos base. The full ingredient list is printed on every pack.
How do I brew it?
Boil about 240 ml (8 oz) of water, add one tea bag and steep for 4–6 minutes — longer for a stronger cup. Both teas can also be brewed, cooled and served over ice.
When do I drink Daily Tea and Sleep Tea?
Daily Tea is made for the morning or early afternoon — once or twice a day, before, during or after a meal. Sleep Tea is made for the evening.
Do the teas contain caffeine?
Daily Tea contains a lower amount of caffeine than typical green or black tea — around 18 mg per tea bag. Sleep Tea is made with rooibos and herbs rather than tea leaves.
Is this a subscription?
No. Every bundle on this site is a one-time purchase. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel — reorder whenever you like.
When will my order ship, and what does shipping cost?
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Standard US shipping is $4.95; UK and EU shipping is shown on the local checkout. Standard delivery takes about 4–7 business days in the US, 7–10 in the UK and 5–11 in Germany and France.
What is the return policy?
Unopened packs in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Register the return with support first; you pay the return shipping and the original shipping charge is not refunded. Customers in the EU and the UK also have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
Who should check before drinking it?
Read the ingredient list on the pack first. If you are pregnant, nursing or have a medical condition, consult a physician before use.
Orders, delivery and returns
Where is my order?
Use the Track your order page with your order number, tracking code or the e-mail address you used at checkout. Tracking information is also sent by e-mail once the parcel is dispatched.
Which countries do you ship to?
The checkout lists every country we ship to. Estimated standard delivery times (business days): United States 4–7; Canada 9–12; United Kingdom 7–10; Germany, Netherlands, France, Austria 5–11; rest of Europe 10–20; Australia and New Zealand 9–14. See the shipping policy.
How do I return a product or ask for a refund?
Register the return with support@shoplulutox.com within 30 days of delivery, then ship the unopened packs back with tracking to the address you receive. The refund of the purchase price is issued within 14 days of inspection. Full steps: Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact support@shoplulutox.com as soon as possible with your order number. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days, so changes are only possible before dispatch.
